I want to thank both Charles in the service department and General Manager Lee Pryor for all of their help with taking care of both my wife and my son’s cars. They helped diagnose the issue with my wife’s Avalon and my son’s Honda Accord. Charles was professional and extremely honest in telling us what was wrong and the cost for the repairs. Charles went up and beyond our expectations for quality service. I am always leery of dealerships but I will bring all 4 of my cars here to get worked on in the future. Bought our 3rd toyota. Robert Drakeford sold us the last two! He is excellent! Jose, and Keagan were very nice and instrumental in the process. Bowtie came by a number of times to check on us and helped set up our phones etc. kudos to the staff that keeps that building sparkling clean!

I went in with no expectation of actually buying a car that day, because I usually am not satisfied with the initial offer I get. Frank was outstanding in working with me, and for the first time in my life, I actually left in a new car on the day I looked at it. He was friendly and answered all of my questions! The finance guy wasn’t as high on my list, but working with Frank made the overall experience outstanding.

When I told him I would stop by the dealership to have my existing Toyota appraised for trade-in and to go over final details of what I wanted I told him I had two hours before an appointment and he respected that. I was in and out in an hour and 15 minutes! This has really been an excellent experience and Keith Harrison is probably about 90% of the reason why. My salesperson was Tevin. I can’t say enough about how professional and helpful he was. I thought I was going to be purchasing a used vehicle but he suggested a new car and guided me through the process. I am very happy with the deal I received. I am a single female and was told that I should have a male with me when car shopping or I would be taken advantage of. Not necessary with Tevin. I would send anyone to him. He was just wonderful and honest, if you are looking for a salesperson who will look out for your best interests, I recommend him.

I had awesome new car purchase experience at this dealership back in December. I visited unexpectedly for specific reason to this dealership service department last week. Service manager Michael Creagh took excellent care of the problem that i had. Hats off Michael Creagh and Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia! Their appointment system is great. But i would request to work on the service wait time a little bit more. (though i am giving 5 star) We the car users go to the dealership for a reason. I have heard so many bad reviews about car dealership service. People like Michael Creagh and Peter Boulware service team has the ability to heal that bad reputation of the service department and make more people interested towards dealership service visit!

I had a 7:30 AM appointment to get a tire rotation for my 2018 Camry. It only cost $28 and I was on my way in 30 min. Charles Hamilton was very helpful and provided great customer service. He said he's usually a little more chipper but had a newborn at home so wasn't getting much sleep. I thought he was great! I've always been very pleased w/my service from Peter Boulware Toyota and highly recommend them to other Toyota owners.
