Did you know that the 2018 Rav-4 comes with a locking lugnut? Neither did I until my daughter had a flat 60 miles from home and called me. There was no key anywhere in the car to unlock the lugnut, and that Toyota dealership was the only one who ever worked on the wheels and tires.

Had an overall great experience, Alex was very conscientious and did a great job. I got back basically 1/2 of what I had paid for my 2020 Corolla; I bought a 2025 Camry, only had a few days but very pleased so far. Beautiful dealership, everyone seemed very friendly and willing to compromise and negotiate. If you purchase a used vehicle from this place and it needs detailing I would recommend haggling the price down so you can get one you trust. They can’t detail a vehicle at all. They did a quick clean then dropped it off the next day for a full detail and it was still disgusting. Other than that, they deserve your business.
They are willing to not let go of a costumer work all the way for a deal !
This is my third vehicle I have bought from the salesman Reese the young man really knows the vehicles and does not fumble through my questions. He seems to enjoy the job and has always been very helpful.

Our buying experience was what I had expected. A lot of haggling back and forth on price and discounts. We went in to buy a new Toyota SR5 with no trade in. Just wish dealerships would cut to the best deal possible to start with.

My over all experience with there staff was in my opinion friendly, willing to get to my numbers not theirs. I purchased a 2025 Tacoma and the sticker price was the a same as what we negotiated on. The over all experience was satisfying.

Completely dishonest about the final price of the car (previously agreed upon). Dishonest about the “boulware benefits” which added $3500 to the cost. Despite saying “no” to warranty options the finance manager added that on to the cost. The finance manager is a slick crook. Former military. Not sure how he sleeps at night. Avoid this stealership.

2024 | THOUGHT I was buying a reliable used car. However, when moved to the sign the paperwork, the financial person was extremely high pressure, rude, would not take no for an answer. Actually argued to try to get me to buy a warranty for the new car. I have never seen anything like it.

When we purchased out van from them, it started out very well. It started going south when they gave us the actual offer. Went from $22k to over $30k as they kept pushing for us to purchase a lot of nu-needed extras. If you calculate the cost to risk these extras are a complete rip off. Went for an oil change today got there at 7:35 they finished at 9:30 ridiculous. My passenger seat was laid down I wonder if they decided to enjoy the comfort. I had enough with this place.
Bought our 3rd toyota. Robert Drakeford sold us the last two! He is excellent! Jose, and Keagan were very nice and instrumental in the process. Bowtie came by a number of times to check on us and helped set up our phones etc. kudos to the staff that keeps that building sparkling clean!

The worst company to work with! They sold me a car that was over priced for the milage. I was there for 6 hours and still had to come back to get the car. Then the car had issues they had to fix. They sold me a warranty that did not cover the issues. I asked them to cancel the warranty and the Gap insurance and of this point in time they still have not done the job. If they treat ALL their customers like this then they are not worth the time of day!!!
Did not perform the Toyota required prop shaft lube and retorque as listed in the owner’s manual even after I pointed it out to the service advisor, Ronald Kirkland. He Stamped the 24 month / 20k mile column. He elected to skip the 15k/18 month in my owner’s record book and only changed the oil and rotated the tires. Vehicle is 2 years old with 11,300 miles.
I received an instant offer for my car from this dealer over Cars.com. I contacted the dealer to ensure the offer was still standing even after driving the vehicle to the dealer which was 75 miles away. I went in with no expectation of actually buying a car that day, because I usually am not satisfied with the initial offer I get. Frank was outstanding in working with me, and for the first time in my life, I actually left in a new car on the day I looked at it. He was friendly and answered all of my questions! The finance guy wasn’t as high on my list, but working with Frank made the overall experience outstanding.

Inquired about the out the door price on a Focus ST they had listed for $15,438. The invoice they sent over had a “3 year smart car technology package” for $999 and “Peter Boulware Benefits” package $3,495. Both of which were mandatory and not disclosed anywhere on the website. So if you’d like pay nearly $4500 over the asking price for GPS tracking and an overpriced protection package, this is your dealer. For everyone else, don’t waste your time.
Things changed from the business office to the finance office (numbers) and things were added in the finance office without discussion of price or confirmation. When asked about it after realizing what happened he said oh I’d thought you’d want it because ….. I got ripped off big time and it took way longer than any other car purchase I’ve made

I purchased the family service plan with my Sienna when I bought it from Fred Anderson in 2018. I’ve been taking my vehicle there for oil changes which I was told were covered in my $995 service care plan for the life of the vehicle. I have never had problems with this. I was disappointed after dealing with Robell for over a week and he actually raised his price. I guess he didn't realize that my phone had a calculator app. I bought two vehicles when they used to be Fred Anderson Toyota I'm sure Mr. Boulware would be disappointed in his salesman.
Worst experience of my life. Waited 2 months for car to arrive. Had 5 different price changes in one day, walked in with check to pick up vehicle. Put on ice twice waiting for 2 hours with zero checkin. Salesman disappeared (literally hid) finance guy spoke to me in a dominant demeaning manner when questioned to keep me in my place. GSM acted concerned but never even asked what happened when I cancelled the deal. Literally treated like crap to the point almost in tears. No questions, no concerned. No callbacks. Disappointed in the whole process. The sales person was helpful at first and then became disengaged and stopped answering my questions as if I had exceeding my daily quota.

There service department has been bad recently. I have taken in for service and they have charged me for service that should have been covered under my extended maintenance warranty. The service contract company in Florida states that I have four more service available. Also on the last service they stated that they rotated the tires, which they did not, because I had taken a valve stem cap off the right front wheel and the tire was in the same place.
We put money down and had a sales agreement for a new vehicle due to arrive in 38 days. One of our two cars was being evaluated at Ford, and three days after agreeing with Boulware Toyota, Ford told us we needed transmission replacement costing 6K. We went to Harby and Carson at Peter Boulware Toyota and they understood our immediate need for a car. They quickly reimbursed us and canceled our agreement. Watch out for the Bait and Switch, between salesman and finance office, on the warranty extension. Salesman will say the warranty extension is part of Toyota purchase price, but the finance office states it is an added option you must purchase. The salesman with the work up paperwork agreed too, should accompany the client to the finance office. This would possibility eliminate the practice of miss communication and addition sale tactics. Obvious.y, the finance office gets paid through additional sales. Other than this issue, everything else is exceptional.
This dealer agreed to buy my truck and then gave me a check that bounced. They say they don’t know why. My bank says NSF. They still have my truck and my money. Calling the sheriffs department.
I have had my Corolla serviced at Peter Boulware since I bought it. Every time I have brought my car in I have had exceptional service! Today was no exception. I was taken care of in a professional manner and I felt that they were fair based on my research on the pricing. Fair market price based on similar vehicle’s same year, and mileage.
My sales person was nice however he did not return 4 calls after the purchase on a follow up item.
I had awesome new car purchase experience at this dealership back in December. I visited unexpectedly for specific reason to this dealership service department last week. Service manager Michael Creagh took excellent care of the problem that i had.
Hats off Michael Creagh and Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia!
Their appointment system is great. But i would request to work on the service wait time a little bit more. (though i am giving 5 star)

I purchased my car new and have to toyotaguard wirh it and the plastic stuff tbey place on the hood is peeling. I have had many conversations regarding it and promises to have it repaired and no one follows up. I have no desire to buy toyota or from this flagging footballer. We worked with Philip Sasser and wound up buying a 2021 Sienna. Mr. Sasser was excellent. He made himself accessible at all times. He knew his products and helped us come to a decision that has turned out to be excellent for us. We just returned from our first trip in the new vehicle. The Sienna performed well in every driving situation. And it is a very comfortable ride.
Will never use this dealership again . Christian ran our credit, took a deposit to locate the car. No car, no returned calls.Customer BEWARE! Had to drive 25 miles back to dealership to find out we had been misled
Total lack of communication by salesman Phil Sasser. He took my card information to put a deposit down, ran my credit, and hasn't called me back since. No money was ever taken out of my account, but now they have all of my information and I have an unnecessary hard pull on my credit history. I left a message asking for a call back and haven't heard anything in six days now, so I'm assuming they sold the truck out from under me. I am totally dissatisfied with the experience I've had with this dealership.

Once again I was greeted promptly and service was complete in a very timely manner. They have the best service department I have ever been to. I highly recommend!
Took car in for service at 10. Left dealership sometime later and service still on. Called back 3 seperate times and they told me i could reset it myself or bring it back in again 35 miles down the road. Left message twice for service rep. No return call. Poor poor service today
I always get my Toyota Camry serviced at Fred Anderson Toyota of Columbia and consistently have a great experience. Today I was super nervous taking my car in because it was making a funny noise (bolt in tire). I left with the problem solved and my car felt great driving home! Thanks for the great service, Ron!
The used car sales manager (Tim) is a lier! His name is not on here, but he has no stars beside his name. Customer service 0
